Dr. Roberta Borgen (Neault) is the internationally award-winning Founder and President of Life Strategies Ltd. in British Columbia, Canada. Roberta is co-developer of the Career Engagement model and her research and practice has focussed on training and equipping career development professionals and counsellors, across Canada and internationally. Together with Nancy Arthur and Mary McMahon, and career development theorists across the globe, Roberta has been contributing to creative projects that bring theory to life in the day-to-day work of front-line career development practitioners.
