The 2024 Survey of Career Service Professionals, conducted by CERIC earlier this year, aimed to capture the experiences, challenges and professional development needs of career service professionals across Canada. This national survey provided an opportunity for respondents to share their insights and contribute to shaping the future of career development in the country.

The survey focused on key areas such as:

  • Professional development and competency improvement
  • Research and learning dissemination
  • Perspectives on the profession and its future
  • The impact of Artificial Intelligence on career development

More than 1,000 responses were collected confidentially and data is being analyzed to provide a comprehensive overview of the career development field.
