The Government of Canada\u2019s International Experience Canada (IEC)<\/a><\/strong> program manages youth mobility arrangements that allow Canadian citizens, aged 18-35, to obtain a work permit to work and travel in more than 35 partner countries and foreign territories for up to two years, depending on country-specific requirements. Windmill Microlending<\/a><\/strong> is a non-profit registered charity serving newcomers since 2005. We offer affordable microloans up to $15,000 to help skilled immigrants and refugees continue their careers in Canada. Funded by the public and private sector, Windmill is Canada\u2019s largest and most successful microlending program for immigrants and refugees. On average, our clients triple their income by the time their microloan is repaid.
